From blueprints to behavioral insights
My path started in architecture. I worked on large-scale institutional spaces, including an international airport and medical campuses. I kept returning to one question: how will people actually move through this? That question led me to Cornell to study Human Behavior and Design, and teach an introductory environmental psychology course.
For 15 years, I’ve led UX research across retail, hospitality, and education—often at the intersection of digital and physical. I bridge what teams build with how people actually use it. I also built the infrastructure that lets research scale across teams. My architecture background still informs my systems thinking, and my research training shapes how I frame problems and guide cross-functional teams.
